C is for Cookie:

Simple meringues, chocolate cheesecake cookies, flavoured shortbreads, dark molasses cookies, and Mexican chocolate biscotti fill our cookie jar.  We are famous for our humorous, hand-decorated gingerbread cookies, which have been featured on Martha Stewart and Much Music Television, as well as in Elle Magazine and the Toronto Star.
